Contain it Flower Competition - Silver Award
As part of our last terms Lunchtime Lounge and Nurture project, we created a beautiful garden display on our Year 1 decking area, using many different re-cycled materials.
Following this we then entered a ‘Contain it Flower Competition’. The children were invited to a presentation ceremony at Hagley Golf Course on Thursday 15th September. The judges were so impressed with the children’s work that we were fortunate enough to be awarded a silver prize, along with a £50 voucher for a garden centre and a beautiful rose to be planted in honour of Queen Elizabeth II.
The children who represented our school were a true credit to both us and their parents.
